Fairness and loyalty – our values make us strong
The Sauerland is the birthplace of the German wire industry and remains so today. Altena is not known as the “Wire capital of the world” for nothing.
We are proud of this tradition and feel strongly committed to the industrial region of Südwestfalen. Even today, as an internationally active company, most of our employees come from the local area which, unlike any other in Germany, is so strongly rooted in the process of wire drawing.
Being a family concern, we consider our employees to be our partners and are there for them in all situations. LÜLING relies on flat hierarchies and fast decision-making. We intend to maintain this concept. It has been tried-and-tested for generations and is also particularly appreciated by our customers worldwide. We are in a constant communication with our employees and customers and put a great deal of emphasis on continuous training. We give young people the opportunity as part of our training scheme to learn the trade of wire drawing in a professional environment.
