QUALITY STANDARDS & PRODUCT RANGE
We manufacture customized cold heading wires from 1 to 36 mm in accordance with EN 10263 and EN 10269. To meet your requirements, we have a wide range of materials available and treat the surface according to your specifications: phosphated, soaped, bright, thermo-coated, zero-P™ (phosphate-free). We produce the wire you require for your production.
Our entire production process is monitored and tested by experienced specialists and state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to our in-house drawing-die workshop, we have full control over the quality of the tools used
MATERIALS

OVERVIEW OF COLD HEADING GRADES AND MATERIALS BY FIELD OF APPLICATION
SURFACES
We treat the surface of the wire according to your requirements. At both of our plants, we have state-of-the-art equipment for fully automatic surface treatment. This enables us to guarantee absolute process reliability and consistency. Depending on the intended use and customer specifications, a wide variety of surface coatings can be applied.
INFO: PHOSPHATED SURFACES
A phosphated and soaped surface is still the standard for cold extrusion wires used for very high degrees of forming and extreme geometry of the parts. Depending on the product, the phosphate layer is either drawn in or applied to the material at the end.
INNOVATION: ZERO-P™
Our in-house development zero-P™ is based on the combination of several components: substituting the phosphate layer, optimized heat treatment and a special drawing die technology. Learn more about the surface innovation zero-P™.

OVERVIEW WIRE PROFILES
We don’t just produce “round” wire. We are also more than pleased to produce square, hexagonal or octagonal profiles as well as non-standard profiles, according to your specifications. We are one of the first in the industry to be able to supply these special profiles in coils.
INNOVATION PRO-F™
Under the designation pro-F™ (pro forming) we produce special profiles in the ring outside the drawing standards.
