Quality standards and assortment
Our wide range of different materials meets the requirements of customers from a wide range of sectors. The surfaces are treated according to the customer’s wishes: soaped, bright, thermo-coated, zero-P™ (phosphate-free). We supply the wire in the exact dimensions, tenacity, necking, elongation and profile that you need for your manufacturing.
We draw coldheading wire with the dimensions from 1 to 36 mm in accordance with EN 10263 and EN 10269. As soon as we receive delivery of the raw material from our suppliers, our wire undergoes extensive in-house quality testing. The manufacturing process is monitored and controlled by our skilled workers using the latest technology. Our in-house drawing die manufacturing department makes it possible for us to check the tools that are used because we are not prepared to leave anything to chance when it comes to quality.
