On November 13, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., we invite interested young people and their parents to the Altena plant. The aim is to show young people concrete prospects in the industry – where metal really takes shape: directly in production.
As part of the initiative “Bock auf Karriere? Hier geht’s #weiter” initiative of the Märkischer Kreis district and the KAoA municipal coordination office, we provide a practical insight into our company. Visitors can expect a tour of our production halls, discussions with trainees and trainers and first-hand information on our five training professions:
- Specialist in metal technology, specializing in forming and wire technology (m/f/d)
- Materials tester in metal technology (m/f/d)
- Electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
- Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
- Industrial clerk (m/f/d)
