We are a medium-sized, owner-managed family business and one of the largest steel mill-independent wire drawing companies in Europe. We produce cold heading wire at our sites in Altena and Iserlohn, which we supply to over 20 countries.

YOUR TASKS

  • Implementation and follow-up of payroll accounting
  • Personnel administration work such as master data, vacation and working time account maintenance
  • Calculation and documentation of personnel costs, maintenance of statistics and evaluations
  • Support with personnel and organizational development measures
  • Qualification management: needs assessment, provider selection, registration and follow-up
  • Applicant management: from advertisement to induction planning
  • Collaboration in company health management and relevant certifications

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, initial professional experience in human resources is an advantage
  • Independent, responsible and flexible way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Reliability, conscientiousness and a structured way of working
